MISSION AND STRATEGY OF THE ASSOCIATION
The mission of the UPPO “AUU” is to serve the society by promoting the development and dissemination of the profession of independent auditors, increasing the importance of the audit profession in Ukraine to meet the economic interests of the society.
The UPPO “AUU” supports the vision that the audit profession is very important for the development of a sustainable and strong economy of Ukraine.

«ASSOCIATION OF AUDITORS OF UKRAINE»
● Expanding the participation of the UPPO “AUU” in the regulation of this market, including the formation of the regulatory framework for audit activities;● Developing the role of the UPPO “AUU” as a system integrator in cooperation with public authorities, audit regulatory authorities in Ukraine, other stakeholders (business, experts, other public and professional organizations);● Establishing and establishing communication links within the audit profession both between the members of the UPPO “AUU” and other auditors.
«IMPROVEMENT OF THE AUDIT PROFESSION»
● Participation in the development of strategic conceptual documents, standards (including voluntary application) and regulations on issues related to the development of audit in Ukraine;● Developing and implementing all-Ukrainian and interregional projects aimed at increasing the level of competence and awareness of consumers of audit services;● Development and submission of proposals for improvement of forms and methods of audit activities;● Introduction of its own certification;● Enhancement of the role of the UPPO “AUU” in the certification process of auditors in Ukraine;● Organization of a system of training, retraining and advanced training of members of the UPPO “AUU”.

● Representation of the interests of the UPPO “AUU” members in the legislative, executive and judicial authorities;● Development of internal standards (regulations) of the All-Ukrainian Association of Lawyers;● Staffing, methodological and technological support of the members of the UPPO “AUU”: training of specialists (internships, interregional seminars), formation of audit technology centres within the UPPO “AUU” in the interests of and for equal access to all members of the UPPO “AUU”;● Promoting the introduction of modern methods of work in the practice of members of the UPPO “AUU”;● Development of the joint potential of the members of the All-Ukrainian Association of Lawyers;● Conducting outreach activities with potential customers and government agencies in order to expand the scope of participation of the UPPO “AUU” in market policy development and shaping the business environment;● Development of interaction between the members of the UPPO “AUU”, including the application of common principles of pricing policy in the field of audit services;● Development of joint activities with public and professional organizations with similar goals.

● Integration of the UPPO “AUU” into the international economic space through membership in international associations of professional accountants, auditors and other employees of the accounting and financial sector, namely the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC);● Development of systematic interaction with international structures operating in the field of strategic interests of the UPPO “AUU”.

The purpose of the UPPO “AUU” is to unite auditors to serve the public, improve the audit profession, protect the legal rights and professional interests of the UPPO “AUU” members, and internationally recognize the qualifications of Ukrainian auditors.
Participation in the work of the UPPO “AUU” contributes to the professional and financial success of our members and provides them with a number of advantages. First of all, the members of the UPPO “AUU” have the opportunity to create levers of influence on the market of audit services by forming a favorable legislative framework and lobbying group professional interests.
The UPPO “AUU” constantly holds seminars, conferences and other events aimed at improving the professional knowledge of auditors.
Thus, the members of the UPPO “AUU” participate in regular professional discussions to exchange experience and discuss the situation on the market of audit services, including legislative innovations and market trends both in the country and in the world. The Union organizes joint development of relevant positions of the industry representatives on the basis of respect and consensus.
One of the tasks of the UPPO “AUU” is to provide its members, upon their request, with defenders in relations with state authorities, local self-government bodies, law enforcement and judicial authorities.
As a result, the members of the UPPO “AUU” have the opportunity to protect the interests of both an individual auditor and their firm, using the support of the Legal Commission of the UPPO “AUU” Board and the information support of the media.
